Backwoods BBQ will cater anywhere in Southern California. We have a fleet of on-site catering BBQ's to bring Texas style cooking to you.

We serve Authentic Mesquite Smoked Texas Style Barbeque cooked to perfection. Our specialties include: St. Louis Style Pork Ribs - marinated, seasoned and smoked for hours then lightly glazed with BBQ sauce, U.S.D.A. Choice Tri-Tip Beef slowly smoked and served medium rare (or more well if you prefer),  lean seasoned Marinated BBQ Pork, And the absolute best BBQ Chicken Breast that you have ever tasted - grilled over a hot mesquite flame but NEVER overcooked. We are dedicated to providing the best BBQ Meats for a reasonable price. We smoke and grill all day on our mesquite burning BBQ's to ensure the quality of our Meats. We also serve  several specialty items that we are famous for: freshly made Homestyle Potato Salad, real Tri Tip Chili (Spicy), Texas Style & Spicy Pinto Beans, Twice BBQ'd Potato's (with 2 cheeses & Tri Tip), Fresh Roasted Corn on the Cob (when available), & of course all the Fresh Roasted Peanuts you can eat (shells on the sawdust floor please).
